Adjoining is a family room complete with a wet bar and a 65-inch Smart TV, seamlessly flowing onto an expansive deck with panoramic views of the fairway and natural surroundings. Relaxation awaits under the retractable awning amidst comfortable patio furnishings, perfect for alfresco dining and unwinding in the tranquil ambiance.
 

Upstairs, discover four bedrooms and three full baths, accommodating up to eight guests. Two king bedroom suites, a queen bedroom, and a full bedroom (sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom) provide luxurious comfort, with the primary king bedroom suite boasting a private deck offering breathtaking vistas.
 

Designed for entertainment, the finished lower level is an entertainment haven featuring a pool table, foosball, air hockey, wet bar, TV lounge, and a full bathroom.
 

Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club offers an array of resort amenities, including three stunning nine-hole courses, a comprehensive practice range, fully stocked pro shop, and tennis and pickleball courts. Enjoy bocce lanes, a seasonal heated outdoor pool, a children's pool, and a fitness center. Indulge in the clubhouse dining options or on the deck overlooking the grounds.  Meals are also available poolside and at the halfway house. Access to Birchwood's amenities is available during your stay, with a nominal Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). Please note: Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club issues a maximum of six guest passes per rental home.
