Kingswood Hillside Home is located in Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club. Tucked into a picturesque hillside, your family will appreciate the majestic birches and balsam trees surrounding this lovely home.

Kingswood Hillside Home offers three levels of living space, including a gourmet kitchen, a state-of-the-art culinary set-up with a Viking gas range, stainless appliances, and granite counters for effortless family meal preparations. The beautiful great room offers comfy furnishings, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a hand-crafted dining room table. Outside, an expansive decking area and outdoor dining set affords a nature inspired, alfresco experience.

The lower level is thoughtfully designed with relaxing furnishings, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and an upscale bar, complete with wine refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. (Note: The lower level of the home does not have A/C.)

Two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, bunk bedroom (2 sets), one queen sleeper sofa, and four baths provide the necessary level of privacy and comfort. Enjoy the indoor heated sunroom, flanked by two sunny decks with outdoor seating and gas grill.

Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club amenities include 27-holes of golf, driving range, racquet sports, seasonal heated outdoor pool, fitness center, hiking trails, groomed ski trails, and Clubhouse dining. If you would like to use any of Birchwood's amenities during your stay, you may opt-in to the Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). Please note: Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club issues a maximum of six guest passes per rental home. Payment along with submission of corresponding paperwork completed prior to your arrival. ***An all-wheel drive vehicle with all season or snow tires with adequate tread depth is strongly recommended for winter stays due to the steep driveway.

I found Holiday Vacation Rentals to be incredibly responsive to all of our requests both before and after our stay. The home was immaculately clean when we arrived and it had adequate supplies to get us through the week of trash bags, paper towels, etc.. Even though it was a holiday weekend with tons of traffic, they had driven all the way into Petoskey to replace a lightbulb in the dining room fixture before we checked in. Any questions that I asked before were answered promptly, and when I left a bunch of things behind, they made sure I got them.
I did join in Birchwood, which I felt, was worth it to be able to use the pool and the dining room. And they facilitated the paperwork to become a member for the week. I highly recommend them in the Harbor Springs area.

We stayed here as a family of four with friends- another family of four for a ski trip. Everyone loved it. Easy to navigate, comfortable beds, all very clean. We had plenty of space and plenty of televisions to go around. Enjoyed the trail close by. 10/10 Would book again!

Our second year staying at this property and I am sure we'll be back next year! Great hosts and communication. Clean and very well stocked house. Perfectly accommodated all 12 of us for a weekend of skiing and snowboarding at Nubs Nob!

Our family stayed here for a skiing weekend. The woodsy home was beautiful and the kitchen was well-equipped. Proximity to Harbor Springs and to Boyne Highlands was very convenient. We had a perfect time!

My family and I were very impressed with the cleanliness and accommodations provided at the Kingswood home at Birchwood farms. There were 8 of us and we all had plenty of room and privacy. We also had space where we could all meet together for meals and card games. I would 100% recommend this property to any family looking for a get away to Harbor Springs!

We booked this house for a family get together that included skiing at the Highlands. The house had everything we needed, especially the kitchen which was very thoughtfully stocked. We had 6 kids and 4 adults and we were all very comfortable. The house is exactly as listed and in a beautiful neighborhood. We ate at the club and cooked at the house with plenty of room for all of us. We will definitely book this house again.

Exactly as listed. Would definitely return. Kitchen with many serving dishes and appliances. However bring any spices, sugar, salt, paper towel etc. you will need. Very clean. Ample sleeping and relaxing space.
