Southridge #19

What a great place! We were in town for a wedding and were so comfortable in Southridge 19! Every bed was awesome and the kitchen was perfect for making meals in between events. Easy access to so many great venues, the beach, golf courses, and running the trails around Nubs Nob.The back yard was perfect for the little ones to safely run around during the day. We are also a skiing family and cannot wait to rent this during ski season--absolutely wonderful place!

We rented the unit for a fall getaway. Turned out to be the perfect location for day trips around Northern Michigan with a return base that was quiet, clean and relaxing. Close to shopping and restaurants as well if you are not looking to venture far. Bedrooms and bath were stocked with high end sheets and towels. Kitchen had everything needed for light to full meals. TV had nice viewing options and we loved the selection of games. The patio was a bonus - great spot for a cup of coffee or glass of wine to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Highly recommend- we will book again!

Wonderful two bedroom and quiet condo with plenty of parking. It is ideal for skiing and/or visiting in the summer/fall with nearby Harbor Springs (Tunnel of Trees) and Petoskey area. Beaches, bike trails, charming communities. Cozy fireplace, laundry facilities and much more!

We have stayed multiple times for winter ski weekends, and it's absolutely perfect for ski in/out at Nubs. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, steps away from the orange and brown chairlifts. The condo is very well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the linens are high quality. There's a large dining table and the kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for making meals. The condo is very tastefully decorated with lots of ski decor. I would highly recommend staying here for a ski weekend.

We have had several wonderful stays in Unit 19 at Nubs Nob Ski Resort. The condo is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is hard to beat, with ski-in/ski-out access to skiing in the winter and plenty of outdoor activities, including golf and hiking, during the warmer months. It is also just a short drive to Petoskey and downtown Harbor Springs, where you will find excellent restaurants, shopping, and plenty to explore. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay while visiting Northern Michigan!! We will happily return and highly recommend it!

Our family has had many cozy and comfortable getaways at this true ski-in/out condo at Nubs Nob. The location is hard to beat -- enjoy an extra cup of coffee by the fireplace while watching the orange and brown lifts, ready to start another great ski day as soon as they start to turn. Already looking forward to our next visit!

We've stayed at this condo multiple times, and it has become one of our favorite places to get away. The location is fantastic—whether you're visiting for ski season (literally ski to the lifts from the back slider door) or taking advantage of the beautiful golf courses in the warmer months, you really can't beat it. The condo is easy to access, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated with the cutest ski-themed décor that gives it so much character. It feels warm and inviting the moment you walk in. After a day on the slopes or the golf course, there's nothing better than relaxing by the cozy fireplace. Everything about this place makes it easy to unwind and enjoy your vacation. It's clean, comfortable, and has plenty of room for families or groups. We've loved every stay here and always look forward to coming back. If you're looking for a relaxing Northern Michigan getaway in any season, I highly recommend this condo. It's one of those places you'll want to return to again and again!

I had an amazing stay. The place was spotless, cozy, and in the perfect location. For the people in our group that were skiing, they could ski right out our back door and easily return for lunch. For those of us who didn't ski, we were a very easy drive to Harbor Springs where we found countless small shops to explore. The living space and kitchen were large enough for us to all spend time comfortably and watch movies at night. Highly recommend this property!

We loved our vacation at this condo - the most convenient location possible for a ski weekend. It was great to be able to put on all of our gear inside and ski right out the back door. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for a cozy, comfy stay, from kitchen appliances to blankets to a cabinet stocked with board games. The bed in the primary bedroom was so comfortable, and the fireplace in the living room was perfect after a long day of skiing. I should also note the proximity of this condo to Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and Bay Harbor, all of which boast fantastic restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone planning a trip Up North!

We've stayed at this condo several times, and it always feels like coming home. It's spotless, cozy, and has everything we need—from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable furniture and a washer and dryer. The hot showers are a treat after a cold day outside! There is parking steps away from the front door. We love watching the snowcats groom the ski slopes from the condo in the winter, and the beautiful wooded setting is perfect for a peaceful walk any time of year. We can't wait to come back!
